Volunteer Position:
Thank you so much for deciding to join us in our fight against poverty in the world.
• Location: Orlando, FL.
• Positions: Part-time
• Hours: 2-8/Week
• Length: 3 to 12 months

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Be at least 18 years of age and live in the USA
• Have a passion for volunteering and helping needy people
• Experience working with charity organization is a plus, but not required
• High computer skills

Responsibilities:

Position 1: Fundraising Coordinator:
Increasing the contributions of individuals and groups from various sources.
Our categories of fundraising are:
• community/Online;
• Churches/Schools;
• Local stores;
• Families and Friends;
• Outdoors Events

Types of fundraising involve different activities, but are not limited to:

1) Motivating and facilitating supporters to maximize their funds,
2) Inspiring new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters;
3) Organizing traditional activities,-sponsored outdoor and indoors events, and collections of all kind donations;
4) Developing new and imaginative fundraising activities, many of which involve organizing events
5) Managing volunteers to carry out various functions within the organization;
6) Using direct mailing to reach a wide range of new donors or supporters;
Position 2: Volunteer Coordinator:
1) Arranging events to promote INOESA’s mission and philosophies, and arranging for interviews with key individuals within an organization.
2) Recruiting volunteers in order to make the communities aware of INOESA’s events or achievements either in the short or long term via the social media-Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.- effectively in which to connect with new donors or supporters.
3) Monitoring online comments of potential followers or the general public in particular about the organization’s operation.
4) All public engagements must be approved by the INOESA’s president or Vice President in which to protect the organization’s image .
